Rigmor Halfhand is a Nord savant who lives in his hut in the Skaal Village. During The Skaal Test of Wisdom quest, he accuses Engar Ice-Mane of stealing furs. As evidenced in the Letter from Rigmor to Risi, Rigmor has previously had an affair with Risi Ice-Mane, Engar Ice-Mane's wife.
