Homes[edit]

Are there any locations in Solstheim similar to Skyrim:Alchemist's_Shack and Skyrim:Anise's_Cabin with facilities and safe storage that can be used as a player home? — Unsigned comment by 169.0.159.171 (talk) at 12:34 on 31 July 2016‎

Solstheim generally lacks the wilderness homes that can be found around Skryim, so the only one of similar status is the Abandoned Lodge. Of course anywhere else with a lot of non-respawning containers would work as well. I'd direct you to the Houses page for further information. Enumerate safe containers?[edit]

I know that the page says "Note that individual containers in other locations may also be safe for storage." Is there any point to enumerating any/some of these? For example in Glover Mallory's house the Strongbox in the basement, the East Empire Strongbox and the five "sacks" on the main floor and the chest upstairs have been safe in my testing. In his house the urns, barrels and "small sack" are NOT safe.

The East Empire Strongboxes seem to be safe everywhere although I have not tested them (like I did for Mallory's house.) Thoughts?

Not unless there is an abundance in a location that could serve as a possible home (eg also contains multiple crafting stations, a bed, etc), and only then on the page itself or the Houses page. This category would loose value if it contained anywhere that wasn't 100% safe. The containers page has information on the types of containers that never respawn, no matter where they are located (eg cupboards, sack (not large or small, just sack), strongboxes (without USKP)).
