The +25% Frost Damage Bonus Is Broken?

Does the +25% frost damage bonus actually work for anyone else? I'm on PC with the Unofficial Dragonborn Patch v2.0.0. The "Augmented Frost" effect appears in my Active Effects list when the mask is equipped, but my frost spell damage is not actually increased (confirmed via console). The displayed damage is not increased either. In contrast, the other two related masks (Ahzidal and Zahkriisos) have a similar damage bonus and both work as advertised. --184.17.85.158 02:52, 3 November 2013 (GMT)
