Agha

Agha is a Redguard fisher found on the Sentinel Docks after you clear the Ra-Netu by completing the quest Risen From the Depths. He is located about halfway along the long dock leading to Captain Albert Marck's ship.

He used to run an alchemy stall here, but his stock was spoiled from the sun and damaged by the Ra-Netu.

Dialogue

"Ugh. My stock is probably ruined."

They do look a little worse for wear.

"Yes. Spoiled from the sun and ... well ... I hate to speak ill of Ra-Netu, blessings upon them, but they did some minor damage as well. I had more reagents on a boat in the harbor. But it sunk."
