Chief Koth

Chief Koth is the chief of the Goblin tribe residing in the Toothmaul Gully. He struck a deal with Nelanya, but now tires of its implications. He was originally a slave of the Altmer, until he led an uprising and escaped with his fellow slaves to Auridon whereupon he created his tribe.
