Maelkashishi

Maelkashishi is a Daedric ruin found in the West Gash region of Vvardenfell, northeast of Gnisis. It is not marked on the map, but is one of the locations you need to visit for the Daedric Explorer achievement. Maelkashishi is nestled into the side of the cliff, and is inhabited by Cultists of the Profane Bond.

Three cultists and a water skin are located on the southern pavilion. Several urns are positioned around a brazier in the middle of the structure, and three skulls are sat upon an altar in the back. If you head east, you'll find the ruin's sealed entrance, which is guarded by two cultists. If you instead head up the path leading north from this structure, you'll find another pavilion at the top of the hill. Two cultists are performing a ritual in front of a brazier lined with skulls. There's a skeleton on a nearby altar.

If you continue climbing the stairs south of this structure, you'll reach a structure that is lit red by means of a Daedric lantern. A banner displaying Sheogorath's heraldry is hung high on the wall. A cultist is fiddling with a Daedric cuirass on an altar. An urn is nearby.

There are two lore books nearby. The Living Gods is located north of the ruin, at a skull-filled camp inhabited by a durzog. Kwama Mining for Fun and Profit is located on the path around the perimeter of the shrine, just to the south.
