Mirkalinde is a High Elf resident of Dawnbreak. When the daedra invaded the town, she hid in her house. She is one of the citizens you have to send to safety as per Captain Landare's instructions.

After you have finished the quest, she is found on the streets near Almion's body and Elannie, apparently blaming herself.
