Nallion is a Wood Elf who can be found in Cormount. She is married to Rathilmith. She opposes the Blacksap Rebellion, but does not speak out against them because they have her husband's favor, and she doesn't wish to hurt him.

Prior to starting the related quest, she says:

During the related quest, she'll say:

"My husband spends so much time with his books. I can never pull him away, especially when it's time to hunt."

After the Cormount objective:

"My husband would have been heartbroken if I spoke out against the Blacksap. I'm glad they're gone. Now we can all get back to our lives."
