Varo Hosidias of Cyrodilic Collections wants me to enter the Tsofeer Cavern and gather any old Imperial scrolls I find, as well as an Imperial cypher ring, all for the benefit of a benefactor named Tia Doran.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Enter Tsofeer Cavern.
2. Locate three Sealed Imperial Scrolls and one Imperial Cypher Ring.
3. Return to Varo Hosidias for your reward.

Detailed Walkthrough

Tia Doran has requested that Cyrodilic Collections send an agent to Tsofeer Cavern to retrieve Imperial intelligence scrolls and a cypher ring to read them with.

Enter the cave. The Imperial Cypher Ring is located in a backpack beside the altar where the Wuju-Ka may be sealed. This is the same room where the Wuju-Ka Guardian resides. The Sealed Imperial Scrolls are located in three other locations throughout the delve: One is located on the slope leading to the Wuju-Ka Guardian's chamber from the south end of the cave, beside an Imperial encampment. That same one can appear in the same chamber, in the western end of the room in another Imperial camp, and in the camp a bit further in closer to the waterfall. Another is located in the first chamber past the entrance, and can be found either in the water next to an Imperial skeleton or in the very noticeable Imperial camp in the chamber. The third scroll can be found further in, between the pre-Wuju-Ka Guardian room and that first chamber to the east from the entrance. It can be sat on the wooden structure on the landing or in an Imperial camp off to the side in the grass.

Once you have all three scrolls and the ring to decipher them with, return to Varo in Lilmoth.
