Rakhad is a Khajiit running a skooma trading operation from inside a cave located near the settlement of S'ren-ja. He supplies Dune and Hadran's Caravan with the drug. Through Krin Ren-dro, he is trying to open distribution lines to Pact and Covenant lands. He also keeps contact with Veiled Heritance soldiers to export skooma to Auridon.
