The Sepulcher of Mischance is an ancient Khajiiti crypt nearby the Stitches. In more recent times, it was taken over by the necromancer sect loyal to Zumog Phoom. This is where the Orc necromancer has been assembling the pieces of the Betrayer for the ritual to restore him.
