Speaker Arawen

Speaker Arawen was the Altmer Speaker of the Xith-Izkul Sanctuary who tasked Lyra Viria with performing the Purification.

She appears in a vision after Lyra has purified the rest of her sanctuary and is grieving below the statue of Sithis. Arawen refuses to give any time and orders her to go straight to Kvatch to assassinate the then Primate of the Akatosh Chantry Jonas Coventine.

This indirectly allowed Primate Artorius, who performed the Black Sacrament, to use her vulnerable state in order to convince her to become his The Black Dragon which terrorizes the Gold Coast Sanctuary.
