The Flame King

The Flame King is one of the nine leaders of the ancient Nede tribes who was killed and enslaved by Virmaril the Betrayer in Skyreach Catacombs. He is the third of the Fallen Kings to be fought, and will summon a spectral daedroth and scamp to assist him. When High King Durac is fought, he will resurrect the Flame King and his fellow kings as undead draugr.
