The Frost King

The Frost King is one of the nine leaders of the ancient Nede tribes who was killed and enslaved by Virmaril the Betrayer in Skyreach Catacombs. He is the eighth of the Fallen Kings to be fought, and will summon a spectral Spirit Giant to assist him. When High King Durac is fought, he will resurrect the Frost King and his fellow kings as undead draugr.
