Severus readies himself for another kill

Tappo's journal details his victims. He kept a keepsake from each.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Severus Tappo at the lake just south of Kingscrest Cavern.
2. Read the Journal Page and take the Sack of Keepsakes.
3. Find the victims' relatives in Vlastarus, Bruma, Chorrol and Cropsford.
4. Find Thaellin at her shack on the northeastern shore of Lake Rumare.

Detailed Walkthrough

The quest can be started by reading the Journal Page found on Severus Tappo's body. He is found at a lake south of Kingscrest Cavern, and must first be interacted with and then killed in order to loot the document.

"Fourth victim in as many years! Should seek more out, easy pickings so far. Not much on them, but that doesn't matter. It's the hunt that counts.
Stash away a souvenir, sell the rest, move on to the next victim."

You will now need to travel across Cyrodiil, finding the families of Severus's victims and returning their loved ones' belongings:

• Enide Geta's relative is her brother, Aberius. He lives in Chorrol, and can be found upstairs in Castorius' House. Aberius recognizes his sister's ring.
• Varana Scaeva's mother, Flavia, can be found in their home in Cropsford. Give her Varana's scarf.
• Divyth Dorayn's father lives in Bruma. His name is Lassen, and he is in Bruma's chapel. Divyth's hairbrush belongs to him.
• Maritus Blasio's relative is his older brother, Postius, who lives in Vlastarus. He will be very thankful if you return his brother's coin to him.

The final step in completing the quest is finding Thaellin, the bounty hunter three of the families hired to find their loved ones. She can be found on the Northeastern Shore, and gives you a reward for finally giving the victims' families closure.
