Maulborn cultists are causing trouble throughout Deshaan. Quarantine Serk was only the beginning. A House Hlaalu guard asked me to take word of what happened to Narsis, a town south of the Serk.

Narsis sent Sergeant Nen to investigate the Maulborn. Now that he knows they are poisoning his people, he asks you to deliver a message to Defender Verilu in Narsis, south of Quarantine Serk. Defender Verilu is by the stairs leading to where the merchants are located.
