The Withered Rose is a hostel on the Gold Coast, located northwest of Anvil. It is run by Ladia Rose and her daughter Lucinia. The hostel has a cellar locked with a simple lock. Beneath the inn lies a smugglers' tunnel, which leads to the nearby Jarol Estate, providing an alternative way into the estate. According to a letter found in the cellar, the tunnels have been used for smuggling goods in and out of Anvil for quite some time.
Outside the hostel are docks, sprawling with hostile Smugglers along with The Off-Key Outlaw, who as the name suggests, is playing off key music.
