Is this really Darkfall Cave?

I've just visited Darkfall Cave prior to beginning the Touching the Sky quest, and it looks nothing like the image here. There are no giant mushrooms anywhere in sight. Does the cave system change appearance once the quest begins? Maybe this image is being confused with Darkfall Passage or Darkfall Grotto? — Daric✐ 21:08, 4 December 2013 (GMT)
