Portdun Creek (formerly known as Portdun Watch) is a town found in the region of Stormhaven, within the province of High Rock. It was originally an outwork built for Firebrand Keep, the enclave of the Knights of the Flame. It protected the road between the city of Wayrest, and the castle-town of Alcaire, but it was later abandoned,[1] and it became a prominent settlement.

History[edit]

Portdun Watch was built as an outwork of Firebrand Keep, to protect the road between Wayrest and Alcaire castle-town. At one point, the tower was abandoned,[1] and it became a bandit hideout that attacked passing caravans.

During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late Third Era, the town of Portdun Creek was an active settlement, being ruled by Baroness Belladabyth. It had a rivalry with Old Gate and Vermeir Wastes.[2] It was neighbored by several settlements, including Markwasten Moor in the northwest, and Norvulk Hills in the south.[3]
