/Author?[edit]

Here's another one... does this have no author? If so, should we keep it with no /Author, or make it "Anonymous"? --GuildKnightTalk2me 00:43, 5 October 2008 (EDT)

The typo labeled[edit]

Is the "are comprised [sic]" actually incorrect? It looks fine to me. From Merriam-Webster: "Definition of comprise transitive verb

1: to be made up of"

So "Telvanni villages are comprised [sic] of smaller mushroom pods..." simply means "Telvanni villages are composed of..." or "Telvanni villages are made up of...", neither of which violates common English grammar as far as I'm aware. I'm going to remove the sic note.

I'm no grammar expert, but since comprise means "to be made up of", saying comprised of is basically saying "to be made up of of". It's a bit more complicated than that though, because the phrase "comprised of" has become commonplace enough that it's not really incorrect anymore. There was a discussion about it here. Personally, I think either the sic should stay removed or we should re-add it with a description parameter. --Oriwa Talk 02:43, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
