Jsaesci?[edit]

Current version of this transcription has the mage badgering Grommok into writing down "Jsaesci" into the journal as being the origin of the sword. When I saw this book in game, I could have sworn that it was "T-s-a-e-s-c-i" that the mage made the orc spell out, and not Jsaesci. I'd have to go find a save game where I still had the journal to confirm, but is this just a case of someone mistaking the T for a J when reading the book's font from their screen? — Unsigned comment by 65.14.2.104 (talk) at 19:49 on 31 March 2007‎

I, unfortunately, transcribed these notes from in-game (rather laboriously, too; I never thought to use the Construction Set). I see that "Trumbe" has the same letter, but "Jrumbe" makes no sense. And, of course, Tsaesci is already the preferred spelling. I'm 99.9% sure you're absolutely right; I can't think of a place where there's a capital J in journal cursive, but it makes sense that I made a mistake! Corrected, with thanks. --Edwin Herdman 17:51, 31 March 2007 (EDT)

431 vs 341[edit]

There are two dates in the book: 3E 431 and 341. Possibly, the last two ones are a typo. — Unsigned comment by Szotsaki (talkcontribs) at 14:27 on 14 August 2010

Well spotted. I've added {{sic}} tags to highlight the problem. rpeh •TCE 12:22, 15 August 2010 (UTC)

Strongbox[edit]

We were finally able to convince that idiot rogue Lewin that it was time to give up that strongbox of money he stole from Lelles' Quality Merchandise in Anvil and ditch it outside the castle. Is there actually a "strongbox" outside Anvil Castle? — Unsigned comment by Lucien LachanceDB (talkcontribs) at 05:25 on 12 December 2011
