Does anyone on the Thalmor know what the humans are talking about?[edit]

Is the hover-note present in the original book? If not, why is it still there? It was present at TheRealLurlock's first version, and doesn't make any sense to me... -- SarthesArai Talk 17:45, 29 July 2013 (GMT)

It was included in the physical copy that went out with the first versions of the game, I believe. It had hand written notes scribbled in the lines. Jeancey (talk) 19:10, 29 July 2013 (GMT)
Kind of a late response here, but in case anyone is curious about the hover-note like me, I can confirm that yes, this is in the actual booklet; it's underlined with that note in the margin. I double-checked in my copy after seeing this here. ~ Alarra (talk) 08:34, 21 April 2015 (GMT)

Uncle, do you recall the war with the trees?[edit]

Michael Kirkbride has cited this line as being important evidence that YR was both Altmer and Argonian. It's not been transcribed here, which makes it very difficult to cite it in lore discussions.

TIL's copy of the Pocket Guide has an image containing the text (pge01_wildregions_pic_02.jpg), but they, alas, have terrible SEO, and the fact that the text hasn't been transcribed makes it unsearchable regardless, which has caused innumerable headaches and assertions that the line does not in fact appear in the Guide.

I'm not sure about the details of the formatting, but I do move that the text be edited into the page in a searchable format. 50.99.186.247 01:02, 30 September 2020 (UTC)
