Processus Vitellius

Processus Vitellius was an Imperial agent and a Novice in the Imperial Cult who was Seyda Neen's tax collector. His corpse is located by the shore in the marshes of the Bitter Coast northwest of Seyda Neen. Searching his body will trigger the Death of a Taxman quest.

He wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. He also carries the Tax Record and 200 gold.

Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knew the following spells: Cruel Earwig, Earwig, Cruel Noise, Noise, Sotha's Grace, Night-Eye, Shadow Form, Frenzying Touch, Frenzy Beast, Crying Eye, Blind, and Turn Undead.
