	This amulet is carried by named Ascended Sleepers, Ash Ghouls and Ash Vampires. It is often carried by these named Sixth House creatures, but the enchantment is peculiar, and it's probably best if you don't use the amulet yourself, given the negative effect its enchantment has.

Rings

	This ring cannot be found in the vanilla version of the game, as it is listed in an unused leveled list. However, the Tribunal expansion adds one merchant, Elbert Nermarc, who stocks items from this leveled list and, therefore, may possibly sell this ring.
