Stlubo Otiustiris

Stlubo Otiustiris is a hostile Imperial agent located inside the shrine of Almurbalarammi. He is a worshipper of the Daedric Prince Sheogorath.

Stlubo Otiustiris is a medium trainer in Speechcraft, Light Armor and Sneak, if you can manage to speak to him.

He wears a netch leather cuirass, greaves, pauldrons, and boots along with a pair of common pants and gloves. He carries two leveled lockpicks and an enchanted leveled short blade. Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.
