Vinnus Laecinnius

Vinnus Laecinnius is an Imperial pilgrim located in the Six Fishes tavern in Ebonheart.

He is a medium trainer in Mercantile and Speechcraft, and a minor trainer in Marksman.

Vinnus is wearing an Imperial chain cuirass with matching greaves, netch leather boots, and a dragonscale tower shield. He also is wearing a common shirt with matching pants and is carrying an iron dagger, a short bow, 50 iron arrows, and up to 20 gold.
