Do we have any idea as to why they're called "Hive Scribs"? What Hive? -92.227.71.160 05:07, 29 July 2008 (EDT)

My guess is that a.) they were intended to be related to some quest that was never fully implemented, or b.) ALL Scribs used to be called "Hive Scrib", and at some point they changed it to just "Scrib" and forgot about these dead ones. As for "What Hive", Scribs are often found in Egg Mines, which are definitely hive-like in nature, so that would be a good explanation. It's worth noting that the mesh file for the scrib is called "MineScrib.NIF". Perhaps the mines were all previously known as hives, and it was changed prior to release? We'll never know, of course, unless somebody from Bethesda sees fit to tell us. Just another of the games little mysteries. --TheRealLurlock Talk 09:59, 29 July 2008 (EDT)
