Definitively, is the object a mace or a warhammer? The article seems to say both...A spiky hammer would be hella cool, but I don't think that's what you meant. Somercy 19:42, 19 February 2007 (EST)

It's a warhammer. --DrPhoton 03:23, 21 February 2007 (EST)

Dwemer Boots of Flying[edit]

I was just in the tomb after the warhammer of course, and I can verify the boots are there. Not on the same ledge as the Face of Terror, a different one that also requires levitate. Also, I didn't see any Daedric Warhammers? Also also, the page for Omaren Tomb says there's a key to the forge hidden inside a chest. I didn't find any such key so I was thinking maybe it's only there if you're on the quest (which I'm not) My trusty lockpick spell helped though ;) Jihiro 21:41, 19 January 2008 (EST)

Update: I went to search for a daedric warhammer and found another chest (in the area right below the door to the shrine), which does have an Ancient Daedric Key (along with some probably random loot, books potions and some enchanted items.) Now that I think about it, maybe the daedric warhammer was random loot from a chest? At any rate, I removed the needs verification tag. Jihiro 21:52, 19 January 2008 (EST)
You know what? I was confused. The warhammer is in Tukushapul (spelling?) with another daedric helm. --Gaebrial 05:36, 22 January 2008 (EST)

Obtaining Skullcrusher[edit]

can this be obtained without the quest? — Unsigned comment by 72.160.255.139 (talk) on 13 May 2009

(one quick test later) Yes. –RpehTCE 02:27, 13 May 2009 (EDT)

Drain blunt skill[edit]

If you have more than 40 blunt weapon skill, can you drain it and get the Foe-Grinder? I never played Imperial Cult, but that ring is awesome... Kertaw48 19:50, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

Just tested this today. Draining your Blunt skill to less than 40 before speaking to Lalatia Varian with Skull-Crusher does work, you will get Foe-Grinder. -Smokey — Unsigned comment by 175.137.179.112 (talk) at 17:43 on 19 September 2011

A revision, perhaps?[edit]

"Inside, levitate to reach the Skull Crusher in a chest suspended over the forge."

It's possible to reach it via jumping onto the anvil or using telekenesis. I propose changing it to "Jump onto the anvil to reach the Skull Crusher in a chest suspended over the forge." This sounds more natural since levitation is not actually required to reach it.
