Cingaer

Cingaer is a Wood Elf thief who is hiding out with his partners in crime in Hrota Cave, just north of Anvil.

Cingaer wears leveled light boots and a quilted doublet, with a 50% chance each of wearing gauntlets, greaves, and a helmet. In combat he will rely on his leveled bow, and will either use his leveled or iron arrows. He has a 50% chance to carry a light shield and another pair of light greaves, as well as always carrying a spare pair of tan linens, doeskin shoes, and a small amount of gold.

Cingaer waits in a surprisingly homey pit in the largest chamber of Hrota Cave all day and night, without sleeping or eating despite being near resources for both. He will attack on sight without explanation, and will accept no yield. Defeating him is necessary to advance the quest Den of Thieves for the Fighters Guild.
