Bugs

• The leveled effects of the ring are assigned out of conventional order: you receive the highest-level reward when you are under level 20. Therefore, if you complete Mystery at Harlun's Watch between levels 10 and 19 you will receive a better ring than later in the game.
  • This issue has been addressed by the Unofficial Oblivion Patch; the leveled statistics are made conventional.
