Vlanarus Kvinchal

Vlanarus Kvinchal is an Imperial commoner living with his siblings, brother Kastav and sister Bronsila, in a shack in the Imperial City's Waterfront District. Tensions among the three are high, as evidenced by their dialogue about each other. In addition, it seems that Vlanarus has an addiction problem that was broadcast for all of Cyrodiil to hear when his arrest and confession was publicized in an issue of the Black Horse Courier. The only service he provides is distributing free copies of the Black Horse Courier.

Vlanarus wears a lower-class outfit consisting of a green wool shirt, blacksmith's pants, and a pair of oiled linen shoes. He wields an iron dagger, carries the key to the Kvinchal shack, as well as a few pieces of gold.

When meeting him for the first time, Vlanarus will quickly begin talking about his brother: "Vlanarus Kvinchal. Kastav is my brother, all right, but I'm nothing like that deadbeat." When asked about the Imperial City, he will say, "Kastav says he works. Ha! Flies land on him and he's too lazy to brush them off. I'm sick of taking abuse for him, even if he is my brother."
