Note: Tiber Septim was allegedly named "Hjalti", according to "The Arcturian Heresy".The Word Merchant 11:56, 7 June 2008 (EDT)

The name Hjalti means the guards on a sword in icelandic.[edit]

"The name Hjalti means the guards on a sword in icelandic" didn't know if it was correct so I moved it here Jplatinum16 14:54, 28 November 2009 (UTC)

Hjalti[edit]

When is he supposed to show up? I can never trigger him to appear. — Unsigned comment by 96.241.13.77 (talk) on 30 November 2009

As the article says, he sometimes doesn't appear. –Elliot talk 10:20, 14 December 2009 (UTC)

Hjalti's Page[edit]

Should Hjalti get his own page, considering he has his own schedule? Like Bailey and Kezune.--Arch-Mage MattTalk 21:44, 23 April 2010 (UTC)

Sure. If you want to create such a page, go for it. rpeh •TCE 10:18, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
Here is where I started it, obviously it needs checking, so I didn't put it in Oblivion namespace, anyone who has access to the CS or Console could fill in the blanks on his page.--Arch-Mage MattTalk 16:08, 24 April 2010 (UTC)

Arielle Jurard?[edit]

Strange that she has the same name as the (still living) Imperial Battlemage involved in the Anvil Recommendation part of the Mages Guild questline. Stranger still that they're both battlemages. — Unsigned comment by 174.103.62.163 (talk) on 1 October 2010

Very strange indeed; the wierdity is documented on the (non undead) Arielle Jurard page. -- Jplatinum16 00:41, 1 October 2010 (UTC)
What's stranger, is that Arielle practiced the forbidden arts of Necromancy. She seemed so innocent. Shianni 13:20, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
Um Shianni, they're not the same people. Arielle Jurard from the plugin is a very old and lich-turned battlemage practising necromancy, and Arielle Jurard from the Anvil Mages Guild recommendation is a young battlemage, and for all I know has completely nothing to do with necromancy. They may just simply be related, maybe she's a granddaughter, I forgot how old the lich is. Unless you meant you thought the lich looked innocent, then nevermind ~ Dwarfmp 16:51, 17 February 2011 (UTC)

You were right the first time, but things can happen, Such as Elante of Alinor appeared in Morrowind as a hostile NPC. The Elante in Morrowind was also a Daedric Shrine researcher, My point is, things are odd in Oblivion, things change. Shianni 21:52, 17 February 2011 (UTC)

Elante was an easter egg. The two Arielles are just the name generator making a duplicate. Legoless 23:09, 17 February 2011 (UTC)

Kain Reference?[edit]

In the game Blood Omen 2 you play as Kain, a vampire awakening from sleep. Is Lord Kain a reference to the Kain in Blood Omen 2? Oroc Gro-Mazgosh 01:52, 22 February 2012 (UTC)

He's not a vampire though, he's a skeleton. I'm pretty sure the Kain in Blood Omen 2, as well as all of The Legacy of Kain games, it's the same person, is noble though. It's slight at best. Plenty of people wake up.--Br3admax 02:03, 22 February 2012 (UTC)
