Class[edit]

Hey all,

On her NPC page, it says that she is a "Sorcerer." Wouldn't she be a "Sorcer-'ess"? Thanks. --Playjex 10:02, 2 March 2008 (EST)

Technically, I suppose. But the name of her class is "sorcerer" so it should keep the current description. –RpehTCE 10:13, 2 March 2008 (EST)
Thank you Rpeh. You saved me from making a useless edit :)! --Playjex 21:49, 2 March 2008 (EST)

Life[edit]

Has anyone who finished the quest and came back later found her to still be alive? Every time I play this game and go back to the cave after the quest, she's dead, probably because of the daedra. Would it be something worth mentioning? -AlexJ 20:21, 4 June 2010 (UTC)

I just tried it myself. She was fighting two Xivilai but still very much alive. I imagine it depends on your game. rpeh •TCE 15:03, 5 June 2010 (UTC)

Appearance in Morrowind[edit]

In respect to the NPC overhaul. I think it might be a good idea to create a page for her Morrowind appearance. Dbrown1986 06:15, 23 July 2010 (UTC)

You mean Elante in Ibar-Dad? I'm not convinced it's the same person. True, they're both female Altmer sorcerers and both take an interest in Deadra, but apart from that there is nothing that suggests a connection. Without the names being exactly alike, I don't think we can state they're the same person, even though Alinor could (and probably is) just (mean) the city she's from. Alinor is the name of the Summerset Isles. — Unsigned comment by 69.183.42.150 (talk) at 04:03 on November 27, 2011

Relative of the Author of Liminal Bridges?[edit]

Hi there, is it possible that Elante is a relative of Camilonwe of Alinor, the author of Liminal Bridges? 84.24.62.131 16:15, 20 February 2011 (UTC)Harmony — Unsigned comment by 84.24.179.51 (talk) at 10:48 on 17 February 2011

Possible, but not very likely. Two people coming from the same place isn't really much evidence for kinship. rpeh •TCE 11:10, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
Coming from the same place? What do you mean exactly? I have found no details for wherever Camilonwe may come from? But they have shared interests in Daedric-related topics, and both research(ed) them. 84.24.62.131 16:16, 20 February 2011 (UTC)Harmony
The suffix of Alinor simply means they were both from the city of Alinor. The fact that two people from the same city went into the same field of study doesn't really imply relation. --DKong27 Talk Cont 16:19, 20 February 2011 (UTC)

Bug[edit]

I was unable to gain any sneaking experience around Elante, despite having no witnesses to my sneaking. Can anyone else confirm this on their game? --86.137.118.24 16:39, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
