the last blade[edit]

Will he be the last blade of skyrim, and he is a nord(Vvardfell 01:42, 31 January 2011 (UTC))

I see no evidence to support this, and it's just useless speculation. -- Jplatinum16 14:17, 31 January 2011 (UTC)
The only support is his name, mentioned in the skyrim(Vvardfell)
It's coincidence - Bethesda's name generator often throws up duplicates. There's nothing linking this priest of the Nine Divines with a member of the Blades, and nothing suggests that Nords live for over 200 years. As Jplatinum says, this is just useless speculation. rpeh •TCE 09:47, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
I find this kind of funny. Maybe he is the Blade from Skyrim that we've heard about. I don't think characters have ever shared the same name as another, although possible....theredefinitely isn't 2 Mehrunes Dagonses........LukaSlayer13 20:36, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
No charachters have had shared names before, for example Oblivion:Grey-Throat and Morrowind:Grey-Throat. --AKB Talk Cont Mail 20:38, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
To clarify: No, characters have.... Commas are important...It is just the result of the same random name being used. --DKong27 Talk Cont 21:04, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
Also see the NPCs in Stormhold for an extreme example. Most of them re-use names from Morrowind. Legoless 21:05, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
What about the two Arielle Judard's? They were both Breton battlemages, and they had identical names, but they certainly weren't the same person. Two Esberns sharing the same name is pure coincidence. Kitkat1749 13:23, 12 July 2011 (UTC)

Grey-Throat from Morrowind was little more than a background character with the same information as the other slaves but in the Notes section of Grey-Throat from Oblivion it mentions that they have the same name. If a semi-important character from Oblivion is mentioned alongside a relatively useless character from Morrowind then surely a relatively useless character from Oblivion should be mentioned alongside one of the most important characters from Skyrim.79.97.40.245 20:27, 3 August 2011 (UTC)

Skyrim hasn't been released yet. Once it's out we'll start adding relevant information. rpeh •TCE 20:36, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
