The Picture[edit]

Has anybody considered changing the image of Farwil Indarys? Maybe him drinking in the Newlands Lodge?

Found Dead[edit]

I was in Cheydinhal near Riverview and i find Farwil Indarys dead! I didn't kill the man, i just found him laying there in their front steps, dead. Would some of the guards have killed him? And if so, why? I don't remember him doing anything wrong.— Unsigned comment by LostChapterz (talkcontribs)

Farwil and Brennan attempt to get into Riverview. There happens to be two Mythic Dawn sleeper agents working in Riverview, so there's always a chance that he'll die while defending you from the two once they emerge every Sundas morning at 11:00 to drink at the Newlands Lodge.—Dark Spark 15:58, 11 January 2009 (EST)

I've witnessed this one myself. Just after the Dagon Shrine Quest, the two Mythic Dawn sleeper agents attacked me after I had bent over backwards (many save and reloads) to save the gloriously inept Farwil. Between the unkillable guard and the otherwise contemptible Ulrich, we managed to take them down, but not before Farwil ended up "lying face down in a pool of his own blood!" I was rather upset until I recalled that he is just a computer subroutine who technically dies every time I turn the game off. The best part is that even though he's always a level ahead of you, the two Mythic Dawn agents were at a pretty low level relative to us and he still got owned.

Farwil assasination[edit]

Say an individual wanted Farwil dead, would there be any negative repurcussions if his quest is already finished? Would the count refuse to speak to the player, say? — Unsigned comment by 80.6.170.13 (talk)

I haven't tested this to be sure, but the scripts appear to exclude any negative outcomes once the quest is complete, so you can kill him if you like. –RpehTCE 07:48, 28 July 2008 (EDT)

I know this guy's an idiot, but why does the quest page say his death is deserved? --Debatra 23:33, 5 August 2008 (EDT)

Speech Glitch[edit]

I had a horrible glitch. I went on an UNSTOPPABLE KILLING-SPREE RAMPAGE and killed Farwil. Then I got bored so I reloaded my save and went to go buy the house there. The count refuses to speak to me and Bremman Seyman will refuse to speak to me too, EVEN THOUGH THAT FARWIL IS BREATHING AND ALIVE AND INITIATING CONVERSATION WITH HIM AND STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO HIM!!! HELP!! P.S. I don't want anyone saying I should reload my save because I did that at Level 26 and now I'm level 36. Golden Eagle 13:41, 30 April 2010 (UTC)

Try using charm spells on the Count. Thats the only fix I can think of. -DevotedInsanity 15:11, 30 April 2010 (UTC)
And try not going on killing sprees. The real lesson here is that your actions have consequences. rpeh •TCE 15:58, 30 April 2010 (UTC)

Schedule[edit]

Should'nt we type down a schedule for Farwill,if we do this maybe we could get the picture of him in the lodge without to much hastle. As the comment at the top asks. Now I do not believe that the picture of him standing in the Thorn Headquarters should be deleted,I believe we should add the image to his article with a funny caption saying,"Farwill boldly defends his kingdom."Or something like that. Please post your opinion.Thank you.--Skyrimplayer 02:20, 16 July 2012 (UTC)

His schedule will be written as part of the Oblivion NPC Redesign Project. Check out the project page if you want to help out. I don't think we need another picture of him in the lodge. —Legoless 15:00, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
Ok.I would help with the schedule,but I'm no good with that.Thanks for the response.--Skyrimplayer 21:32, 17 July 2012 (UTC)
