Bug?[edit]

I had some trouble with this guy in conjunction with the Thieves guild quest "Untaxing the poor" or whatever it's called, Lex still had his post (Obviously, since he is reassigned at the end of the thieves guild quest arc, while this quest is the first in that same arc), but Servatius was also in the South Tower captain's bedroom, since servatius never slept it took several reloads before I could enter the room without being instantly spotted and killed; servatius never seemed to sleep he'd just stand around (often even waking up lex and speaking to him) in his armour and axe ready to lop off my head.

Is he even meant to spawn before the thieves guild line is concluded? — Unsigned comment by 85.62.18.8 (talk) at 01:39 on 5 March 2008‎

This is definitely a bug (which I just fixed for the next UOP... was checking this page to see if it was noticed.) He's disabled until TG07 stage 80 when Lex is reassigned. The bug is with the Unexpected Voyage. It disables at quest beginning and then re-enables at quest end all NPC's that could be on the Float at the time. Problem is... it forgets to check if Servatius should be enabled at quest end and so if TG07 hasn't been done yet you end up with Lex and him both active trying to do the same duties. I'll update the main page as well. Kivan 14:59, 27 April 2008 (EDT)

Killed by Pirates[edit]

For some reason him and the pirates were fighting and I attempted to intervene by helping him fight the pirates but they ended up killing him and now his body is laying there dead. Does he respawn later on or is he dead for good? I he doesn't respawn, is there a way he can be brought back to life? I don't like it when any good NPC dies. --99.102.224.111 23:32, 15 February 2011 (UTC)

He does not respawn, if you are on the PC just resurrect him with the console, otherwise reload or get over it. --AKB Talk 23:37, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
