New Picture[edit]

We need a new picture here. This one is way too dark. I'd do it myself but I'm on 360. Dio 225 20:41, 6 June 2007‎

Really? It's fine on my monitor. But if others have a problem I'll grab a new screen soon. Rpeh 03:12, 7 June 2007 (EDT)

Confirmation?[edit]

The article currently states:

She will accompany you when you go to close the Oblivion Gate that opens near Bravil.

Can anyone confirm this? At the least, I know that you can close the Bravil Oblivion Gate without any assistance from Viera, so some rewording is needed to make it clear that this is optional (and given that she might die, it seems like going without her is the better option). But I also don't see any scripting in the construction set that would seem to cause this to happen. --NepheleTalk 20:52, 11 July 2007 (EDT)

meeting places[edit]

I was running to continue a quest and i got to Fort Empire and I saw Viera for some reason, and earlier on i saw her near the Old Bridge, if she is traveling back from Bruma, why did she go back? and why is she taking her time back to bravil as I completed the main quests sometime ago? is it because she is lazy? — Unsigned comment by ‎Caboose (talkcontribs) at 19:32 on 20 March 2008

People take their time. They do other things. If you saw her near Fort Empire she's done most of the journey and don't forget she walks the whole way. Do you have a real question? –RpehTCE 20:09, 20 March 2008 (EDT)
then why did I see again, at Bruma after seeing her at Fort Empire? — Unsigned comment by ‎Caboose (talkcontribs) at 15:13 on 21 March 2008
I noticed something very strange: AFTER completing the Defense of Bruma, I wanted to make sure that Viera made it to Bravil safely, so I went there on foot and killed all the creatures on the road. Then, when she arrived in Bravil, she immediately turned around after reaching the Castle Guard Barracks and started walking the road back to Bruma. I'm wondering, is she still scheduled to sleep in her tent in Bruma, even after the mission is complete? If so, Viera is basically doomed to eventually get killed in the wilderness, just like Dro'Nahrahe.Nifhelton 10:54, 27 May 2008 (EDT)
For the Battle of Bruma, I equipped all of the Allies with bound enchanted armour. I noticed that she completely disappeared from the game after returning to Bruma immediately following the Battle. In the past, she was clad normally and (after surviving the Battle) commenced her Bruma-Bravil eternal round trip. Odd. ComaDivine 04:08, 14 April 2009 (EDT)

() The Unofficial Oblivion Patch fixes her wandering between Bravil and Bruma after the Great Gate quest. It's listed in the patch's fixes, and it worked in my game, but I'm new to editing and not sure how to format this potential change or how to cite it. Thanks for pointing that out, I've added it to the article. You can add the tag {{UOP}} under a bug if it is fixed in the Unofficial Oblivion Patch. --Timenn < talk > 07:48, 12 June 2009 (EDT)

Needs to be alive[edit]

I Killed her randomly as an outlaw Vampire, now her body has disappeared and i can't resurrect with the I.D.. I need her to be alive so that the count will send help to bruma so i can continue the main Quest Right? visa vi i'm FU@*ED "— Unsigned comment by 70.245.225.4 (talk) at 18:43 on 21 October 2009

She does not have to be alive to continue the main quest. You can finish it without her. Her death just means that the battle for Bruma will be a bit more difficult as she is stronger than the Bruma Militia that replaces her. Talk Wolok gro-Barok Contributions 19:15, 21 October 2009 (UTC)

Respawning NPCS + Viera Lerus[edit]

In the respawning NPCs page, it says that Bravil Guards Respawn, and on the Guards page under Bravil it says Viera Lerus. Why? She doesnt respawn, and if she does, then if she dies, you should be able to just wait 3 days, so... does she respawn or not? G-Rath 04:42, 22 January 2012 (UTC)

I've added a note to Respawning NPCs to indicate that named NPCs don't count. It's only those that are actually called "Bravil Guard" (or whatever) that were intended to be included on the list. Robin Hoodtalk 06:33, 17 February 2012 (UTC)
