Afflicted Commoners are Dunmer who can be found in Muth Gnaar. They must be rescued as part of the quest Honor Bound.

After rescuing each of them, they'll randomly say:
- Afflicted Commoner: "Thank you for saving me! I knew Dolril would send help."
- Afflicted Commoner: "Praise Vivec! Did Dolril send you?"
- Afflicted Commoner: "Thank the Tribunal! It was getting so hot in here!"
