Aninwe in dialogue

As you approach she may be heard muttering to herself:

"Stars keep us all safe from disease."

She is one of the four people you can speak with about the plague in Phaer, she'll explain the situation and direct you to Hendil:

"Haven't seen you around here before. Probably want to make yourself scarce. Town's got a plague. Bad one."
Where did it come from?
"Nobody knows. Started popping up in some of the kids, then spread. Soldiers aren't worth much around here. Don't expect a lot of help."
Who's in charge? Is anyone treating the sick?
"Yes, Hendil took over my barn. No formal healer training, but he's the best we have.
If you're looking to help, Stars watch your steps."
Thanks.

Afterwards, she'll lament the fact that her barn is in use:

"I know he's doing good work. But Stars do I wish Hendil would give me back my barn."

When you approach Aninwe to inform her she needs treatment, she will not suspect anything amiss:

"Hey there."
Hendil had you on his list. Said to give you some salve?
"I'm sick? Stars. I suppose it was only a matter of time. It is my barn, after all."
Here's the aloe.
"Thank you! Here I thought my biggest problem was keeping the farm. Now I'm worried about catching the plague.
The Stars move, I suppose."

Speaking to her afterwards, she seems to accept the necessity of treatment with good cheer:

"This stuff stinks. But hey, I guess it beats being sick!"

Dialogue[edit]

After finishing the local quests, she'll only ever say:

"Hey there."
