Berserker Strike
Berserker Strike: Strike at an enemy with a vicious blow, dealing [4499 / 4548 / 4599 / 4649] Physical Damage to them and all nearby enemies. This attack ignores the target's Physical Resistance, and grants you Physical and Spell Resistance equal to the amount ignored from the initial target for 8 seconds.
Onslaught: Strike at an enemy with a vicious blow, dealing 4649 Physical Damage to them and all nearby enemies. This attack ignores the target's Resistance and grants you Physical and Spell Penetration for your direct damage attacks equal to [85 / 90 / 95 / 100]% of the amount ignored from the initial target for 5 seconds.
Berserker Rage: Strike at an enemy with a vicious blow, dealing [4649 / 4700 / 4751 / 4802] Physical Damage to them and all nearby enemies. This attack ignores the target's Resistance and grants you Physical and Spell Resistance equal to the amount ignored from the initial target for 8 seconds. You are immune to all disabling, snare, and immobilization effects for the duration.

Berserker Strike deals Physical Damage to an enemy, ignoring their Physical and Spell Resistance and increasing yours by the amount ignored. As such, it is most effective against heavily resistant opponents. The Onslaught morph will refund the skill's Ultimate cost if you land a killing blow with it, allowing it to be used repeatedly against weaker opponents. Or you can give yourself immunity to most Crowd Control abilities by choosing the Berserker Rage morph.

Notes[edit]

  • Berserker Strike is very useful in PVP, as enemy players may have high Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance scores that are too tough to penetrate through normal means.
  • Onslaught is best combined with hard-hitting direct damage attacks, such as Blastbones or Uppercut.

Patch Notes[edit]

  • New Weapon Ultimates have been added to the game. Each Weapon skill line now has one Ultimate, and each Ultimate can be obtained by reaching Rank 50 in its respective Weapon skill line. Weapon Ultimates can be morphed as well!
  • Berserker Rage: Fixed an issue where the CC immunity granted from this ability wasn't granting immunity to interrupts.
  • This ability and its morphs will now deal damage in a 5 meter radius if the initial hit successfully hits. Note the initial hit can still be dodged, since the initial attack is not an AoE.
  • Onslaught: This morph no longer refunds Ultimate cost if you gain a killing blow with it. Instead, it converts the Physical and Spell Resistance into Physical and Spell Penetration for your Direct Damage attacks, and increases the duration from 8 seconds to a maximum of 12 seconds. It also no longer ranks up in 1.1% damage per rank.
  • Onslaught (morph):
    • This morph now grants penetration equal to 85% of the Resistances ignore on the initial hit at Rank I, which increases to 100% at Rank IV, rather than 100% at all ranks.
    • Decreased the duration to 5 seconds from 9.
    • This morph no longer ranks up in duration.
      • Developer Comment: These changes were done to ensure you still gain a very powerful effect to enable your playstyle, but the lower duration requires you to properly capitalize on the time period by going aggressive, while enemies can use the time to attempt to thwart this by utilizing CC, movement abilities, or retaliating.
  • Fixed an issue where this ability and its morphs couldn't proc the Soul Lock passive.
  • Reduced the damage done by this ability and its morphs by approximately 16% to better account for the fact that it also ignores mitigation.
  • Berserker Rage (morph): Fixed an issue where this ability did not grant immunity to snares and immobilizes.
