Jee-Lar needs bug repellent candles for Cyrodilic Collections' explorers in Murkmire. He requested that I gather materials so his contact, Tamira Dobar, can create these candles.

1. Collect Superior Dreugh Wax and Ash Basil Leaf at Vivec's Antlers.
2. Talk to Tamira Dobar in front of the Davon's Watch Fighters Guild.
3. Take the Repellent Candle to Stormhold and talk to Jee-Lar.

Detailed Walkthrough

Jee-Lar has another task for you. He has a contact in Stonefalls who can make insect-repellent in the form of candles. These candles are understandably useful for an excursion to Black Marsh. Jee-Lar asks that you collect Superior Dreugh Wax and Ash Basil Leaf at Vivec's Antlers so his contact can make these candles.

Dreugh can be killed for Superior Dreugh Wax all over the beach at Vivec's Antlers. The Dreugh Corpses scattered across the shoreline can be harvested for their wax if you don't want to kill any dreugh. Ash Basil can be found in the sand along the shore. Once you've collected three samples of wax and three ash basil leaves, speak with Tamira Dobar in front of the Fighters Guild in Davon's Watch.

She makes your candles, but then asks if you'd like to test them. When you agree, she unleashes a swarm of insects upon you. Light the candle to disperse them. Tamira has a good laugh about her prank as the bugs take off, then tells you to return to Jee-Lar. Return to Stormhold and hand the Repellent Candle over to complete the quest.
