Chukka-Jekka is a blind Argonian chef who can be found upstairs just outside Chizbari's room in the Dragonguard Sanctum. He joined the Dragonguard to provide them with hearty, delicious meals. He appears after you complete four Dragonguard quests and receive the achievement A Call to Arms.
