The ambassador of the Glorious Expedition for Nord Cultural Exchange has arrived in Elsweyr
Rigurt the Brash was sent to Elsweyr to improve relations with the Khajiit, but he's already lost his collection of Nord peace offerings. I agreed to help Rigurt deliver his missing gifts, and complete his diplomatic mission.


Quick Walkthrough[edit]

  1. Find Rigurt in Rimmen to start the quest.
  2. Talk to Thaddara in Riverhold.
  3. Travel to the Stitches and deliver package to Rigurt the Brash.
  4. Go to Merryvale Farms and collect Honey Flowers.
  5. Talk with Rigurt and Asaldak.
  6. Travel to Valenwood Gate.
  7. Collect Screaming Skulls instruments.
  8. Go to Rimmen and perform song for Lady Izza with Rigurt.
  9. Talk to Lady Izza.
  10. Present gift to Rigurt.

I should travel to Riverhold Marketplace, and retrieve Rigurt's missing package from a cloth merchant named Thadarra.
Objective: Talk to Thadarra
Optional Step: Talk to Rigurt
Thadarra paid a delivery fee to the courier who brought Rigurt's package. I can choose to reimburse Thadarra for the fee, or intimidate her to save my gold.
Complete one: Reimburse Thadarra or Intimidate Thadarra
I should bring Rigurt's mysteriously smelly package to the Stitches, so that he can present it to Canonreeve Juz-do of Alabaster, a representative of Queen Ayrenn.
Objective: Talk to Rigurt
I should gather honey flowers from Merryvale Moon-Sugar Farms to replace Rigurt's stolen honey.
