Quest-Related Events

After the quest Gone Missing if you've decided to reveal Magistrate Sulma's secret, he'll say:

"What you've done doesn't change anything, wayfarer. These Crown dogs will always gnaw at their lead. One day the leash will snap, and we Forebears will be waiting."
