Fingor is a Wood Elf who can be found at the chapel in Greenhill. He is briefly possessed by the dro-m'Athra after you find Treethane Bowenas during On the Doorstep. He will not talk to you until you've ended the Stonefire Cult's ritual in the catacombs.

If you speak to him before completing Greenhill's objective, he says:
