Icarian

Icarian is a dead Wood Elf mage found on an island southeast of Fort Dragonclaw in Cyrodiil. He was attempting to complete his life's dream by jumping from Nirn into the Aether, but his attempts ultimately failed as his final attempt caused him to land on the ground rather than the water as he wanted to, and the fall killed him.

Notes

• His research notes can be found on an island nearby, surrounded by gargoyles. A copy of Magic from the Sky can be found on that same island.
• Icarian is a reference to the Wood Elf Tarhiel and from Morrowind, whose predicament has become a running gag in the series.
