Ilthag Ironblood is a member of the Iron Orcs found inside his stronghold in Upper Craglorn. In accordance to the agreement with the Scaled Court, he is overseeing the training of the war beasts, specifically trolls. Ilthag Ironblood is accompanied by two armored welwas, Vosh and Rahk.
He is one of the bosses in Ilthag's Undertower that you need to defeat in order to clear the delve.
