Master Assassin I: Increases your Physical and Spell Penetration against enemies you are flanking by 1487. Increases the duration of the stun from Sneak by 100%.

Master Assassin II: Increases your Physical and Spell Penetration against enemies you are flanking by 2974. Increases the duration of the stun from Sneak by 100%.

Master Assassin increases the damage done by all attacks while invisible or stealthed. It also increases the stun duration for successful attacks.
