Melanie Arbogasque is a Breton mage and member of the Mages Guild who can be found in or near the Mages Guild area in Vulkwasten. She keeps to herself, choosing not to converse with you or her fellow Mages. She occasionally passes under the bridge leading to the Fighters Guild and stands by the cliff, overlooking the jungle beyond. She has no unique dialogue.
