Nam Indoril is the ghost of an Indoril ancestor found inside House Indoril Crypt. You need to retrieve his skull which is needed for a ritual to save Davon's Watch from the Covenant attack. When you proceed to take the skull, the ghost protests against your actions, yelling, "No. You'll destroy us all!" and engaging in the combat with you.
